I chose Holiday Inn Express because I know that they always have a great breakfast bar! This was no exception. Always something yummy, and quite a selection, too. The location was not what I had expected, it was close to the freeway and the parking lot entrance was a bit difficult to find - I drove past it twice! On the other hand, after getting familiarized with it, it was no issue at all. I was able to drive easily to Loma Linda, San Bernardino, and some areas in Colton to take care of business. Finding the on and off ramps to the freeway - once familiarized with them - became pretty easy. My room was very quiet and had a great view of the surrounding hills and mountains. The a/c worked well and kept the room cool without freezing me - or overbaking me! There was quite a selection of channels on the TV, too. I'd stay here again due to its convenience, the breakfast bar, the quiet room, and the staff. They were friendly and cheerful - and easy to talk with! Check-in and out was a breeze. No issues at all. Pretty much a five star all the way around.

Check in was rough, there was no one in the front desk when I arrived, had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to show up. Receptionist was nice when she finally arrived, looks like staff issues. Clean spacious room with comfortable beds. Nice quiet location. Food was good only issue was that the attending staff member took a long time to refill food for the amount of people that were staying in the hotel. Overall, a good stay and would recommend staying anytime. Will come back when visiting my family again.

Your place is a great value for the money. The whole place is well maintained. Your staff was very friendly Fromm front desk to the cleaning staff. The pool and jacuzzi are extremely clean and were great to use. Even the gym was impeccably clean and the equipment was in great condition. Oh! And your breakfast offerings were absolutely delicious. Great job!!!

Okay so when I first saw it was right off the freeway I was skeptical 😂 BUT it’s nice y’all ! Theres vast Parking, and There’s a security guard patrolling the parking lot so it felt good knowing my car was also well taken care of. The room was nice and clean it just felt a bit small (granted it was my first time booking so I didn’t really know what to expect) I will be back very soon and will be booking with this hotel again !

We want to shout out Miguel who mostly works nights and Christine who works days for their service, friendliness and obvious work ethic. The place is kept very clean as well and was quiet

The ADA bathroom we booked was well-appointed, with large bottles of toiletries (not those wasteful plastic bottles) and a large roll-in shower. I also liked the large TV and the Keurig coffee machine!

The free breakfast is excellent. My family loved all the facilites at this hotel: the gym, the pool, and the hot tub. The rooms are well equipped with mini refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave.

Friendly greetings front desk for checking in. Thank you for accommodating my Husband in wheelchair handicap room. Heater was not working properly Maintenance - Roudel came in fixing unit for us very professional replacement was done quickly which was excellent. Thank you for your service.
